GM internet friends,

We had our second Web3 Roundtable — Resilient by Design — and it left us with plenty to think about. We were happy to have Nicole (Founder at APAC DAO), Jorden (Web3 Lead at Tenity), Adrian (CCO, Head of Studio at Spartan Labs), and Meg (Head of Marketing at UNO Bank) share their learnings.

Here’s what stuck with us most:

  • Bringing new talent into Web3 isn’t always easy. But when we open up, share our learnings, and support one another, we strengthen the entire ecosystem. The power of collaboration and encouragement? It can’t be overstated.

  • A consistent theme we heard: Sustainable growth comes from strong product fundamentals. It’s easy to get distracted by short-term metrics or token price movements, but lasting value is built through solving real problems with real products.
